A Gregorian Chant Version of Fabul, FFVI.
Other instruments will be added to fill in the parts that need it later; right now I need help finding a way to END this thing. I've considered just fading it out, but I will only use such a cliche song ending as a last resort. I'd like to stop this thing dead in its tracks somehow.

Amazing, but it's from FFIV not FFVI.
Also some "flute" is missing, but that's probably on purpose.

Forgive my fingers: The VI is a typo.
Thank you, Breg... any ideas?

This is going to be a really cool song once you get an ending. Yeah, I agree, a fade out wouldn't do it justice. One thing I used to do in a band when I couldn't figure out an ending was to play a section over and over again, but everytime I went back to play the section again, I would take an instrument out, and then another, then another, finally to the point where there would be just 2 instruments and then they finish out the song. I'm not sure if this helps, but it's an idea.

Fantastic idea, Nacho, but I don't think that'll work here for the simple reason that that the song uses this same sort of technique in reverse to build to a climax. That, and the denounment you suggest may take another 4 minutes to achieve... two if I double time it. That's best case scenario a 6 minute song and I fear an audience may already be going "okay, broken record" after the first three as it is. Yes, of course this is a "Chant", and repetition is key to the song, but that being the case, I'd like to bring this thing to a big climax and then leave it there.
